7 Seas Whale Watch has been leading whale watching tours in Gloucester for over 26 years. We are located on Cape Ann, just forty-five minutes north of Boston, in the heart of historic downtown Gloucester.
Because Gloucester is located directly between two major whale feeding grounds, which are home to numerous whales, dolphins and a wide variety of seabirds, we have the fastest access to the very best whale watching in Massachusetts.

In fact, our team naturalists are the most experienced whale biologists in Gloucester. Combined they have studied whales in Massachusetts, Alaska, Hawaii, Florida, South America, Antarctica, Australia, and New Zealand! This means that our passengers have the opportunity to interact with and learn directly from the leading experts in the field of whale research.
We consider it a privilege to be able to share with you the abundance of whales and other marine life that inhabits the waters of New England. By doing so we hope to promote a deeper understanding and appreciation of the whales and their fragile marine environment. We believe that doing all we can to support the research and conservation of these endangered animals is an essential responsibility of our business.
